How easy are these to do, and how do you know when to do these?
Sorry if this is a dumb question but I had never even heard of these till I joined the site :confused

Just have a look at the sticky thread in Workshop- that'll tell you all you need to know, and then some.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
