time to paint

Post by tattoo »

hiya all

after contending with work commitments and kidney trouble the vtr that i've fitted the vfr backend into is now ready for paint...i'd like to do it blue but aren't overly keen on the standed vtr blue so i'd like to do it the honda blackbird metallic blue,i've been to my local honda dealers and they haven't been too helpful and my local paint suppliers don't have motorcycle paint codes,i wondered if any of you know the code, any help would be great

also...i know the fireblade forks fit the vtr but does the blackbirds forks fit too as i've got a frontend smash vtr and a set of blackbird forks sat doing nothing...also has anyone tried fitting the linked brakes off the blackbird onto the storm???

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

to be honest it was a toss up between the honda blue or the wrx subaru imprezza blue but after seeing them side by side the honda blue is much nicer.

thankyou both for the code.
