Today i watched a car driver drive over my storm

I don't believe it I get my bike out of my garage and go to close the door when a 20 something decides to reverse in to it ,I watched in horror as he just drove in to it and if that was not enough his dad and thicko m8 come to me at the end of the day and try to intimidate me not to claim through his insurance even accusing me of ridding my bike even though I have had my boss giving me a lift to work because the bike is to damaged to ride. he even said it was my fault that his son wont be able to afford his insurance any more and will be unable to drive his car any more . Feel like calling the police not that they are interested

Dont wombles around here, they are trying to intimidate you. Call the police first get a case number then contact your insurance.
If you give these flowers an inch they will try and change the storey and things will only get worse.
Get photos of the scene, have your storey down pat and next time you have the opportunity to speak to them tell them straight you will see those wombles in court and your not going to be pushed over.

Ok called the police for advice very helpful if i am approached by them any more i am to call them straight away and i have to report this to my insurance company ,

Talk about adding insult to injury! What a bunch of tossers. Sounds like you have done the right thing getting the cops involved.

same here mate, i've got clip-ons and footrests front and rear original exhausts, if you need them just ask, all i'll ask for is postage, you gotta try and help out those in need.

Bad news, mate, but at least he says he's insured....
If he drives like that, maybe it's for the best that he can't get insured and stay on the road.

Post up a picture so we can see what bits might be needed, and don't forget to tell your insurer that you want to buy it back if it's written off.

yeah i've got some spares lying around , and its not just you last year a women reversed straight into my car and then tried saying it was 50/50 my fault even my insurers were going to agree.

Broken indicators , twisted forks, front wheel not sure about that as was hit first rear fairing scraped, frame seems OK ,bent side stand like a banana, looks a bit sick Its not so much the damage its all the hassle ringing people and reorganize working as a care worker I need to get people to cover the jobs that I cant reach any more I am having to walk and use my pushbike to get around ,pulse all the stress and loss of earnings , bloody nightmare all because he did not look were he was going juggler

sound like a reet bunch of tossers mate! if your forks have had it more than likely insurance will write it off imo, so you will be able to buy it back for peanuts and stick some blade usd's on cant help you with any spares im afraid, hope you get it sorted soon

what insurance have u got, as you may be able to get a hire bike on them ?

Im with MCE and they have offered me a hire bike the only downside is the £500 excess if i drop the thing im thinking of just getting any thing that will do the job as i don't want to end up with a big bill if there are any complications with the claim. going to stick the bike on my abba stand as it is lent up against my garage wall at the moment don't want to cause any more damage
