fuel

In my experience my storm used to have less vibrations with the higher octane stuff. It was the only benefit I felt.
No bike (yet).

On a standard engine there's no point in putting high octane stuff in, but use main fuel outlets because the fuel turns over faster and is therefore fresher.

If you have cans, jets and filter done, same as above.
If you have an ignition advancer, or high comp pistons, or a full system, I'd run super.

But it's up to you; depends on how you ride, and how you treat the engine and throttle.

Pay your money and take your choice.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I recomend unleaded.

I dont recomend the following:

Diesel
Butane
Natural gas
Vegetable oil
Ethanol
Or rocket fuel

All of which might make the bike not work.
And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes, I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.
