Ah, they cleverly named it after the number of them I intend to buy.

At £8,595 for the Zero DS I'd have 613 refills (50,000 miles) for my Storm for the same price.

More than that,as a proportion of the fuel you use is on detours or special trips to the petrol station to fill up, and these would no longer be needed.
So all of the petrol you buy would be used actually going where you wanted to go, instead of using some up going to buy more petrol.....
