first cut drill and mark up some pipe and sheet
Then weld the plates and tubes together
Dress the ends up
Keep checking it's straight before going all the way
And weld them in! Also I inserted 40mm DB killers.
Last of all get some stainless bar weld it direct to the link pipe to hide the hanger support behind the silencer = sound is slightly louder than a bafflectomy with a better overrun note, also noticed the back pressure stopped the tick-over splutter without jetting. Now if I had only taken a pick of them fitted before I covered it up for winter.
