FUEL FILTER

Post by geoff996 »

Hi, Is there a drifference in the fuel filter inside the tank. I've got 2 fuel taps and the filters are too wide to go in the tank.Is there a difference :?: between 16l and 19l tanks(APART FROM 3LITRES)haha. Thought i would get that one in first.
Thanks Geoff

If you look under the tank, and it has a tap, then it's a 16 litre one.
The 19 litre one has loads of pipes and gubbins that all join up alongside the carbs on the RH side of the inside of the frame rail, and on the 16 litre one the pipes just go to the fuel tap at the rear of the tank.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
