Nutter, and he is very proud of the fact it has a turbo...too many close ups of that!

It has a German plate, but I thought they had type approval laws that would have made all that modding very expensive to get road legal.

Going by the video only I know, It does look like it's been done properly, but for me I wouldn't want a diesel bike by choice.
