Cost of Gasket paper is very cheep on ebay in comparison to buying Factory made items and will be a lot quicker than an order from Dave Silvers that I can assure you!

As long as you tell your printer not to resize them etc, then they will print to scale, i have tested them and they line up perfect

Ahhh bit of a problem, just found out that when i try to print it from anything other than a .PSD file (photoshop) then scale goes well off, so unless you have photoshop you may have issues trying to get them to scale

So will link them as a .PSD file and if dont have photoshop you can nip round to the nerd on the estate armed with a USB stick and some A4 gasket paper

I could measure them so you could set scale, but i dont have a rule to hand and not going looking now.

Well done Seb. Can this be made into a sticky and any other similar scans be added to this thread?

yeh m8 thats why i suggested using some squared paper to copy / scan them onto... then regardless what size they come out, you will know the paper has 1/2cm squares so will be able to adjust it to scle easy :)

maximum rep for your efforts there m8

Right I've tidied the PSD files and converted them in Illustrator to vector PDF files making them considerably more compact. Just make sure the printer prints them out real size.

Does any one have a Clutch Cover Gasket I can borrow, scan and send back?

Was going to order one of silvers as I'm not in desperate need of one but comes to nearly 20 quid delivered for the one gasket
