I got my belley pan from them a few yrs ago and if they dont have stock the have to run up a new batch through the glass fibre process, so it takes time. I found their customer service prety good as they quickly sent me some heat proof tape [Free of charge] to insulate the inside of the belly pan after I told them I was worried about it being too close to the exhaust. but he did say the reason I could smell hot glass fiber was due to the fact it had just been made and it will outgas when it gets warm, but sent the lining tape for peace of mind
They have been around for years. They used to be in Ware, Herts up until about 1998 when they moved down to Weymouth. I spoke to them at the MCN show at Excel in Feb and it's the same guy running the firm, so their not a fly by night outfit.
Good luck fella.
