When you start the bike up, you get a spitting in the air box, apparently there is a K&N air filter fitted, the seller said this is why, knowing better I feel its more the fact that the carbs probably have been rejeted and the fact the owner has put the standered cans back on is making it spit back.
Any thoughts?.

Turn the idle to about 1200 and it more or less goes away
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Carb farts are quite normal storm behaviour
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Balancing carbs also helps.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I will bring the carb balancer with me on the maintenance day.

It'll have the rear one; it the front one you need to check.
If you look below and to the right of the front carb rubber, where it meets the back of the head, there will either be a rubber pipe of about 10mm diameter coming off, or there will be a cap head screw still in place.

i don't normally spit in the air box cause you have to take the lid off , sorry I will get my coat
