Has anybody tried fitting universal rearsets like these? How much effort do they require to make fit?

Can anybody suggest universal rearsets which which require the least amount of modification to fit?

Quite a bit - as if you look at your hangers the storm has a unique frame where the swingarm bolts through the back on the engine, rather than the frame continuing down to the swing arm to act as a mounting point for hangers .
