new tyres

Just had new back tyre fitted its an AVON VIPER SPORT AV60 this matches the front avon viper ,i know some people aren't fans of avons but i like to buy british if i can,apart from which i can say these tyres are the mutts nuts ,seriously they grip like a thai hooker,seem to suit the storm ,just wondered what anyone else thinks?how many are running on avons?don't expect great mileage but who cares ,rather stay shiny side up! cheers all ady f

I had a Viper Sport on my old SV650. Great tyre but I killed it in 1500 miles, too much commuting squared it off really fast.
