Hi all,

As you may know my red custom VTR fell over in the van on the way home from Wickys workshop day quite a few months ago.
Anyway i did nothing about it as I'd been on the look out for replacements, as nothing turned up on eBay I took a chance and emailed Blue Flame to see if they could help. I was not expecting any other answer than you'll have to buy a new set.

Email back saying as I was not the first owner (I admitted that in the email) they could not do it for free, but if I returned them to them they would see what they could do.
One exhaust had the rear collar come loose in the sleeve and I had put a massive dent right in the middle of the side of the other. An email came back 1 day after they got them to say the cost of repair would be £100 including shipping back. 3 days later they arrived back home all polished and looking as good as new With brand news Stainless steel clamps as well.

A big thanks to Adam at Blue Flame and yes I would recommend them to anyone after my first experience.

Stunk for a few days of silicon sealant (vinegar smell) very strong

Yes, great service.

After a little accident I needed a new can plus new high level pipes for 1 side. They had stopped selling the high level pipes so included a set of low level pipes for free with the new can I bought.

Took a while, but very good of them.
