This should be interesting. I'm thinking of getting BT023's for my storm. Just got to wear out my tyres a bit more and save some money up. I had them on my Fazer and loved them. Excellent tyres in the wet and dry.

I would be interested in peoples opinions on these for the storm as well.

I have Battlax bt021 on mine.

They feel great for my style of riding. Good in wet and brilliant in dry :-)

I've had two sets of bt23s on my storm. Seemed very predictable. Got 12,000 from front tyre and around 8,000 out of the back if I remember correctly. Changed to Maxxis Diamonds now, there not quite as good as the bt023s in the wet I don't think but cant tell any difference in the dry.

I have recently put Bridgestone S20's on my Speed Triple and my old Honda CB1000 - and love them!! My VTR hasn't arrived yet grrrrrrr! but when it does - and as soon as I can afford it, those Pirilli's are going and Bridgestone S20's are coming - Great tyres! you won't be disappointed

Yep I think my mind is made up now. My only concern was that the torquey storm may wear them out a bit quick. The BT23's I have used in the past have been the best feeling, confident inspiring tyres I have ever used. Absolutely superb in the wet and nice and sticky on a hot day with plenty of grip on the corners.
I'm actually looking forward to getting some now. Just can't justify it just yet while I have some tread left (well the rear anyway) on what I have now. I think I shall be looking at getting some just before the winter arrives, in the next month and half to two months.

I was speaking to the Bridgestone tyre rep at a bike show I went to recently and he said 4000 to 4500 miles on a Blade for the S20's!

Also they offer more grip in the wet than any other tyre.

Saying that I've got normal Michelin Pilot Powers which are great it the dry and they're cheap as chips compared to the newer tyres.

I have 023s on at the moment but might change to something else, dont get me wrong its a great tyre wet or dry but not as good as the 021s IMHO.
I thought the 021s were, or are, if you can still get them, the mutts nuts, but last time i did the tyres the man said they wernt available anymore so went for what seem to be the better version as it were, but like i said, i dont think they are.
