What to do???

Post by playerone »

Well now I'm about to enjoy a bit of prolonged employment again I'll have to get round to sorting the other storm..........now, do I go down the "get it back to good original condition" route or the "crashed no fairings but definitely not a streetfighter" route which I'm favouring at the minute

Having 2 now, keeping one as a track bike is something I've been contemplating

I've already got most of what I'd need to get it back on the road as standard, just lacked the money to get tank repaired and full respray to tidy it up

was reading through that thread last night and it's a bit of an inspiration

In the ideal world I'd like a full sp front end, single sided swing arm, underseat exhaust or single side exhaust and engine off to tony for a full rebuild with big bore pistons   ah well one step at a time

I don't like the naked storms with the rads side mounted. They look ok with a front mounted rad though.
big bore pistons
Do you mean big bore as in oversize or high comp? If your going down the high comp route you will want to do the cams as well.
