removed the baffles out my microns today to get more of a grunt out of them when i got them on flea bay the bloke said they were removable arrived to find there tack welded in 3 spots so as it was a bank holiday thought ill do abit of surgery on them got the air cut off tool on the 3 welds got the baffles out then i made the hole bigger with halfrauds grind stones [crap] as the air die grinder was at work so will tidy them up a little more tomo. im gonna re-use the baffle drill a hole in the end plate and baffle so can be used as removable baffles

cheers mate just come back from work and god does she make a nice rumble and she is going alot better now dont know if its just the carb rubbers or a combination of both thats made the diffrence

Removing baffles will do that. Straight through can with no restrictions. You will be playing with your carbs and re-jetting next

i am thinking about it i want to get a bellypan and a seat cowl for it next
