As for air filters the BMC road (not sport) filter is supposedly one of the best for these bikes. Or just stick to standard, there are reports of these bikes running better on the standard filters than an aftermarket. It's all down to personal choice really, and you will hear different things about each one. But with whichever filter you go for, the carbs will have to be jetted to match.![]()

If your motorcycle is LAMS compliant make sure you check that the engine is un-restricted or not - because there may be additional costs involved in removing the restrictions. Manufacturers have use different methods for making a particular model LAMS compliant. Always check with the dealer or manufacturer HQ in your area.
