And on the back road between Rosedale Abbey and the village of Hutton-le-Hole is Chimney Bank, Britain's steepest road at 1 in 3, or 33%. Plenty of roads have 1 in 3 signs, but this is the only genuine article . thumbsup

would love to but on the 7th of april I will be attempting to run the Lincoln 10k for alzhiemers !!!!!
Thing is im 51 this year last time i ever ran was on a rugby pitch when i was in my teens . seems i must have memory loss for several reasons
a/ forgot i cant run
b/ forgot im several stones overwieght
c/ forgot i am over 50
d/forgot when you tell folk in the pub your gonna do it you have to !!!
and now
e/ forgot i want to go to olivers mount
bugger !!!!
but Ive got to do the run or i will never have to worry about by baldrocks hitting the tank when i change down again !!!
cos all the guys that have sponsered me will tear em off !! I go to rough pubs !
