numbers on bikes...

Post by Ckennedy »

As some of you saw on Saturday I have number boards on my bike, front and back. Thought I should make use of these and put numbers on them. But what number should I go for? Any suggestions?

I have just tweeted Hampshire Police the following

"Is it legal to have race numbers on a motorbike? If not, what part of the Road Traffic Act does it fall under? @HantsPolice"

Will be interesting to hear there reply. I couldn't see a problem with it, surely it would make it easier to find me if I was being naughty. Oh well I shall await the reply.

Managed to get my hands on the rest of the sticker kit which was ordered for my bike from the last owner. Fortuna racing sticker kit. Not sure if I'll fit the lot but I recon I'll fit some of them. Just got to sort a number out for the bike :)
