Very well, like I had said I only received commands through the headset and if I had done something wrong would be ask me to pull over a the next convenient spot for a telling off, other than that he would only pull me over for a de-brief every 30 minutes or so.

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Same here. It's what's known as keeping up with the flow of traffic.

Ive passed my mod 1 but have decided to go with a different school to train for my mod 2 as my instructor spent all day swearing at me for the mistakes tht i made. On few occasions these were justified bt somewhere nt. The grand sum of this resulted in going from being really excited to ride a big bike to dreading the thought of going out wit him.

You've done the right thing mate. The idea is to encourage and instruct you, not browbeat and demoralise. Vote with your cash and go elsewhere. Good luck with the next stage

I didn't swear at a pupil in 12 years of instructing it only has negative results. You have made the correct choice changing schools good luck!

Then he's an utter knob for making you feel that way and you're well rid of him. Tell him we said so! Stick with us here, you'll be welcome with or without 'L's :D

+1 on that . i would also complain to the training school, presumably you paid good money to be treated poorly

I was wondering the reason for this thread. IMO that is not a good instructor. Depending on how bad the verbal abuse was, if you wanted to, you would be well within your rights to report him to the IIRC the DVI. I think you have done the right thing though and hope your not at any financial loss because of it. It's people like that, that give the good ones a bad name.
