a lot of engine mods and improvements have been discussed on this forum but i dont recall reading about one of these :-

Not if you only have carburettors, that's for fuel injected bikes like the SP

oh really. a lot of stuff advertised on e bay puts "vtr1000" in front of sp1 sp2
. bit misleading?
its mis- lead me anyway :P

its mis- lead me anyway :P
Well technically I think the SP1/2 are VTR1000's :P Just not VTR1000F's

All you have to do to get the benefit is to convert your bike to Fi.

Go on, you know you want to......
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
