If so, what's the most difficult song you've ever had to learn?

I'm just a total mystery even to myself :confused Loyal and hard working when it's something I enjoy. Jack of all trades master of none, Small circle of friends but when I make friends I I have them for life. A bit of a nutter but not a creep. Bordrline manic depressant schizophrenic. And no I don't really play any musical instruments but music is something very close to my heart. There's no middle ground with me I'm either yin or yang. Take everything to the extremes one way or another. I think that just about describes me. :biggrin

Keep dabbling with guitar and harmonica but just have no natural ability at all!
I'm going to try and make more time with the guitar this Year and start having lessons again but time is the one thing I'm always short of

to be a bit different - classical guitar. Started with my son years ago, he went electric I kind of liked it and took exams etc. Keep meaning to branch out down the eletric route. Mind you haven't picked it up in four years or so :(

Brother! cliff button and Steve Harris were my inspirations. I own a 5-string now though so I don't play much of their stuff. The B string is too tempting :D

Didn't realise there were so many musicians

The Telecaster is a very underated guitar and much beloved of C&W players. Has a wicked bridge pickup but quite a weak neck one. I have fancied one for years but with 6 guitars in the house already.... (plus a sitar).

The Stratocaster has 3 pickups and is much more adaptable and versatile - I bought mine new in 1975 and used to play it every weekend in bands in a variety of styles. Fender used to make several sold body models, the Jaguar was another.

I have just rebuilt an old Squier strat, sprayed it blue and fitted humbuckers etc. Called it "Blues Baby" and through the little Yamaha valve sound practice amp I bought it sounds like Stevie Ray Vaughn is back with us!
