Sunday April 14th 2013 midlands to wales run

Post by Ckennedy »

How many of you are out and about on your bikes this weekend? The weather is meant to be good. I am going to get out on mine. Anyone for a meet and a ride? Not sure where or when. Maybe after work Saturday around 1300 or even Sunday. I would like to get out both days if possible.

Anyone up for a ride? Let me know day a times suit.

If you fancy a 130 mile trip south to Andover on Sunday, let me know. I'll meet you there

Got to be worth a ride out to Wales one day this weekend. Still best to get out early to avoid the traffic

tbh if I had to choose Wales or Andover, I'd choose Wales everytime.

If we are doing a long run then I reckon Sunday be the best day, one because of the weather and 2 because I am working until 12 Saturday. If we do a Wales run or long Derbyshire kind of run we will more than likely be wanting to meet around 10-11. What do the rest of you think?

You around Sunday Lloyd?

yes I know some nice roads in wales, and we will be doing some of them as part of Geos rescheduled Tamworth run. :)

but if all you lot are from the north of Brum rather than West, it might make more sence to head up to Buxton.

I still need to get the OK from the boss, but lest sassume Sunday can be done, with a 10am meet near lichfield............who else is in?
