Update
Ok so I stripped bike down and measured the tps now it may have been an incorrect reading but on my multimeter I had a reading of 1132 now if its supposed to be 500 this seems overly high so I adjust the tps as far anticlockwise as I could but couldn't get a reading ??? So I rebuilt the bike been on a test run and its 98% better a lot smoother at low revs just a little stutter if I'm holding at 30mph ish but very irregular so big thanx to cybercarl for pointing me in. The right direction I'm very pleased with how it's running also I. Spoke to the guy who ran iton the dyno and he said that the fuelling was spot on so happy days thanx again to all for the info.
Re: Update
Was the multimeter set to 2000 ohms. Maybe you touched the contacts together when putting the probes on. The terminals are very close together so it's easily done.I adjust the tps as far anticlockwise as I could but couldn't get a reading ???
Anyway glad things have improved for you.

Re: Update
Yeah set at 2000 and I took the carbs off the bike so had it on desk so don't think I crossed probes but guess I'm not sure
