I got one but don't know why to be honest, probably an impulse buy at some point.

Got it situated on the left side of the clocks, it's okay, does what it is meant to do but to be honest when I think about it, I really don't know why I have it?

no help what so ever that answer was it......
Why ask... sometime you just go to do it and find out?

Weird!! Poor old BSM is now just a number.

I had a gear indicator on a GT380 once but whilst very pretty don't really think it's of much use.

I've had one for years. Brilliant IMHO and stops me looking for 7th gear.
Two bikes, still only four cylinders!
