hi all just a quick question is the 19ltr tank a straight swap for the earlyer 16 ltr tank?

No but it's easy to do as you need to swap a few things over not just the tank

is the tank wider , higher? also what needs changing over. need more mpg lol.

You won't get any better fuel economy from the larger tank, i have a 19ltr and I average about 31 :lol:

You need to swap over the petcock, and mount for it, as the 19L has the petcock mounted to the frame, not the bottom of the tank...
And you may want to fiddle with the fuel level sender, or RLOD sensor, but that's fairly optional...

Other than that, it's a straight swap... It's shaped slightly different around the bars, so you might manage to pinch your fingers at full lock with the stock clip-on's if you work on it a little, but that's about it...
