Tony.mon uses a Hagon shock IIRC, although I think the Nitron has a nicer finish to it, but of course Tony may say different

I was behind a Hagon shod bike when it let go dumping its oil everywhere. May have been a one off but I've never been a fan of them anyway, dunno why really. I'd definately have an OE Showa over a Hagon.

Re: Rear Shocks.
I still have the White Power shock. I rode the bike before i stripped it off. It seems fine, the bike had been used on the track by some one who took it seriously. Judging by the Maxton modded forks, Harris rear sets, racetec tyres etc.
I was looking for £200 but i am open tgo offers

It's ok for the price, the finish isn't all that but I hid it under a shock sock, as it's not exactly WPnis envy material. But with a remote res it was cheap enough, and doesn't slow me down much.
But it could do with a refurb, £100, they quote.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
Re: Rear Shocks.
Mine's getting a Maxton, in the (pardon the pun), spring.
I'm so unlucky that if there is such a thing as re-incarnation I'll come back as me!

Chris.
Basically i brought a VTR with a massive amount of trick bits on it. Most of it on my "for sale" post came off it. I kept the high level art carbon cans though for another project. I stripped it all off and fitted back to standard, it came with some standard bits as well. Other standard bits came via here and from ebay
Why?
The sales of the trick bits covered the cost of returning it to standard and the service etc., and i still have loads left.. I have a bike to ride which is still tidy for the year and earned a set of cans in the process... not easy money believe me though. The bike will be up for sale in the spring and i should have no problem selling it for the price i got it for.
As i say though, not the easiest way to go cost neutral biking
