Council tax

yepeeeeeeee wify told me no council tax to pay soon for 2 months so I am thinking new cans in post soon .
Some history on setup; was 190dj front and back 3 holes in sliders do not know needle settings K&N high level remus cans and dyno tuned.(PO kept remus cans ).
Now standerd cans 180 jets stock a/f as was running rich ok now.
Like look of MTC cans any help advice welcome. (300ish budget).
Also want it to sound like the devil coming to town (but not to loud for mot day).
