Cheers :)

45 miles is good. :P

The 1st 10 miles were on the road which with knobblies is still a challenge. Then the off road bits started. Then when back on the road it was up and down, then some tough off road sections. Finally a really fast down hill road section. A good mix

Nice one. Good work.

Are you still up for that MTB ride at some point? You ready for it yet?

Oh yeah. Doh!

How about 24th although you might be pushing it with the missus with 3 weekends of playing?

When if not the 24th?

Top thread. Suits me as a car-less (not sure about the hiphen), VTR in bits, two-wheel are great sort of bloke.

Two contributions:
1) Anyone ridden in the IOM? Off for hols there in August. Sight seeing and riding, and it just so happens to be Manx GP practice week. I gather forest trails are a free for all, but not sure about the paths.
2) If anyone needs training sessions for an Ironman Tri, or a long sportive, I've got loads. All based on power output, but I could give a heart rate equivalent if needed.
