last year I did 0.!!!!!!

last 4 months I have managed close to 300 miles/month.......... would be higher but I am too lazy to cycle to work, and the daft thing is my work commute is 5miles each way, so it is less than my weekly cycle!
Thats probably more than some do on their Storms each year

Yeah what AMQ said about the cycle to work scheme.

I got one from my last place and didn't have to pay anything at the end. If you let it run for the full 4 years, the bike is considered such low value that companies tend to write them off.

You pay up to 30-40% less and you pay for it monthly which I like :)

Got out and did 12.4 miles in just over an hour. Not bad considering I haven't been out on the bike properly since August 8)

I'm back, I hope!!!!

Had another chest infection! ffs.

I picked up my road bike on Saturday and got out and did 7 miles. Seem to be ok. Just did 15 minutes on the turbo trainer. Will build up slowly.

I have a 60 mile sportive next month 8O
