told you not to but oh no you knew better
Re: go pro look a like £50
Am I right in thinking you can buy bigger memory cards to fit? 50mins recording must be the standard memory. If you can expand the memory I'm getting one, maybe 2

No frame rate mentioned tho
Re: go pro look a like £50
I think if you want top quality images, durability and customer care then GoPro is the best choice, I don't work for GoPro! But love the quality I get from mine.
My mate has the drift HD cam, that looks pretty good too, the mounting options and aerodynamic shape make it really good for attaching to helmets etc.

Well I have been and picked mine up this morning. Havnt a clue when I shall get to try it for real on the bike. I hope the sticky pad is strong enough. I can't help but feel that any sticky pad would peel off with the speed and throwing the bike through corners.
Re: go pro look a like £50
I've seen drift nd170 for £70!!

I think the 3M adhesive pads are pretty decent, I stuck mine on my motocross helmet and it stayed put over the jumps and bumps also it got hit by mud and stones etc.Ckennedy wrote:I can't help but feel that any sticky pad would peel off with the speed and throwing the bike through corners.
Just make sure you clean the area with some form of cleaning alcohol first

Re: go pro look a like £50
Well since getting back I have opened the box and had a very quick play, went through the manual and found the spec pages for you all to see. The specs seems quite good for £50. Have a look, see what you think and there should be a very quick video from the rear room of the house so you can kinda see what your paying for. Video seems to be playing a bit pixilated through photobucket but looked alright when I used the software
Wont know totally till I get out on the bike and give it a good test.......
