cam chain tensioners?

I've been told by a friend that someone sells manual ccts? Don't trust these standard ones!

You're right to ask; it's a very weak link on these bikes.
Just use the search facility to find loads of info regarding where you can buy them, what your options are and what you can do about it.
Start with the workshop thread, the Stickies at the top will contain all you need.

There are two types of standard CCT. Broken ones and ones that have not broken yet.
