WANTED: Indicator/High Beam Switch Gear

Post by Dr B1G »

Hi Peeps
My indicator and high beam switch is not working as it should, this is because my bike has been left out in the rain a few times and now the switches are sticking.
Ive tried squirting lube into them but to be honest thats made it worse...

HIGH BEAM: switch sticks in and very difficult to release when pressed in.
INDICATOR: switch takes about 5-10 seconds to activate sometimes, I've checked the flasher relay and thats ok

I haven't tried any electrical contact spray yet, but need to get this sorted before the MOT in Feb

Anyone got one for sale?
Thx in advance

Andy

You can dismantle it carefully and slap some silicone grease on the internal connections or looks on fleabay

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
