Ordered the brembo discs few week back, just fitting them now old docs off everything cleaned and ready, gets the news discs out to find demon tweets have sent the wrong wombles discs!

I needed five bolt pattern and they have sent 6 bolt type, checked the invoice and I have ordered the correct ones and they have sent the wrong kit out.

Now I'm stuck with a bike with no dics on one of the few dry days Grrrrrrrrrrrrr gotta stay up now and ring these lot up when they turn in for work


Sick of dealing with incompetent idiots was really looking forward to having a run on some dry roads today Arghhhhhhh

FFS how frustrating mate. IIRC I have had issues with Demon Tweaks in the past (I'm sure it was Demon T ) when I ordered some R&G bar ends. I was told they came with bolts and when they turned up they didn't. Basically I was lied too so that I would make the order.

they must be fiddler mate, been trying ring since 09:10 and the returns line has been busy since then, bloody ring back service doesn't work on them either

got through eventuly, apparently this has happened a few times from their supplier they said

they had sent me discs for a 2009 - 2011 bike instead of the 2005-2008

now waiting on an email from demon tweeks re return

I think they're spinning you one there, if they're for a FireStorm then they don't know what they're talking about, there is no such thing as a 2009 - 2010 FireStorm, as far as I'm aware they stopped making them in 2006

to be fair it wasn't demon tweeks fault, it turns out it was their supplier and has been sent direct from the suppliers,

told them im not paying to post this back as its their suppliers rock up so demon tweeks arranged for it to be picked up today postage paid by them

just a case of waiting now for the correct ones

wondering whats this tip then.....

Used the blade tonight as i couldn't take another walk home normally takes me and hour 45, but last night took me two hours with that bloody head wind

Blade ran like dog poo on the fuel that was in it, think it hadn't had a fill up for about 7 months, ran it down into the reserve for a while and filled up 17ltr so couldn't have been much left in it, ran a bit better after that
