Not going through the insurance will benefit both of you as yours would go up from them making the claim. Check that front end out thoroughly asap so you know where you stand. Hope you make contact with him soon and the guy is honest. I wouldn't take pity on some nobody just because they say they are ill though unless it's obvious and he's disabled or something. There's no excuse to delay or drag things out. That's my opinion anyway I'm not very trustworthy of strangers and you have to watch your back when not going through things officially.

Quite chuffed really, kind of feel bad I shouted at him. Nope knee still slightly swollen and tried jogging a bit and shooting pains. Going back to Drs to referred back to consultant. Although the range of movement is much better just so frustrated, its simple things you take for granted like not being able to even walk up the train station steps without hurting or running to catch said train etc. Still doing physio and still office based for now which is doing my nut in.

Massive bonus though looks like I may have sourced a full front fairing for my other storm from the guy linked on ebay thread. Hes even arranging for the fairing to be brought up to Thame for me to collect. I suppose rough with the smooth for me at the minute.

Carl agreed guy was quite decent (subject to cheque clearing).
