Hey
I need to glue a rubber boot/gaiter to a wire. The application is a rubber cover that covers the spark plug to the ht lead on my sv, does anybody know of a suitable glue??

a PU adhesive like Sikaflex would be my suggestion.

Can you not fit the boot, cover with a suitable size of heatshrink and shrink down?

possibly too hot an environment for a heatshrink? we slice them with a knife then heat them up to get them off at work3 out of 4 people make up 75% of the worlds population.

If you dont put a nick into the heatshrink it will be fine as it can only shrink down onto itself. Glued heatshrink seals even better.
