You could always fit it upside down if you aren't old and decrepit enough to need riser bars...
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

That wasnt a top yoke on ebay it was an adapter plate made by ABM that uses the centre nut to hold it on 8O

It doesn't have fork leg clamp bolts either and is only 15mm thick, so you have 4x 8m bolts holding the risers onto the plate with only 15mm of threads.

Full bolt strength is often calculated by 2.5x dia so maximum strength is at 20mm

The centre nut should of been included in the auction as its a special nut with a deeper thread.

ABM sell this for 180 euros (£150) which is pretty much what our complete replacement topyoke for the VTR sells for :thumbup:
