This has been doing the rounds on Facebook.

Copper on a white suzuki, unmarked.

Prowling the A13 near Dagenham apparently.

Don't look like a copper to me. They normally will always have some sort of discreet fluorescent vest/stap or marking on their clothing. Or even wear what consumers wear for safety. My point being traffic plods main concern is road safety and would not go out without it, whether on a marked or unmarked bike.

I would be surprised if he was ole bill!!. The only sure way would be to look at the bike as it would have concealed lights!

There's an unmarked copper on a FJR1300 in mindnight blue around Colchester, I've seen him pulled up behind lots of cars with his blue lights flashing away.

I think he had a reflective band over his shoulder/waist, other than that he had regular bike & gear on.

Looks like he is mainly interested in cars, which is handy!

The unmarked fireblade that pulled me over last year had a rider wearing high vis vest and a bright white helmet, if it helps

Iirc it was one of the NWB lads that had spotted him? The rider in plain black leathers with flip up lid

No superspots gixxer rider would wear those sh1t leathers and a flip up lid unless they had too.

The reason we know why that is plod is because my mate took that picture after he was pulled by him.

Why would I tell you his a copper if I didn't know for sure. :(

Fair enough, but doing the rounds on Facebook is not as reliable a source as straight from the horses mouth as you have just said.
