Post by bigtwinthing »

HI what goes in the rubber mounted hole below both foot pegs? Are they original exhaust brackets???. Ive checked on my OEM cans but theres only a bracket to secure on the can silencer so not sure what goes in that mounting.Any help please.

The standard cans, with their built-in link pipes, bolt on there.
As soon as you fit cans you also need link pipes. lots don't have the mounting brackets and so the extra bit of casting under the footrest bracket can be cut off to shave another few grams.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
