Aye PFM Discs. I remember them starting off in a little unit in Richmond North Yks. They specialised in Discs for BMWs. Like the heel plates. Did you make them?

You missed a hex bolt on the sprocket cover. Couple of bits! the left side Carb heater hose that runs to the water pump should run just behind the engine mount and under the frame and onto the pump not over the frame. And where the skinny hose from the rad cap going to as I can see the clip on the other end. That should connect to the bottom of the expansion bottle or have you patched it into the Black hose running out. The overflow from the expansion bottle connects to the top and out the left side of the bike. Have you got the front fairing for the bike too?

Hawk eye   , The hex bolt I had to order as I hadn't got one the right length but its arrived now so fit that tomorrow, the pipe from the rad is going into a connector which then goes to the expansion tank as the blue hose was a little short, I have all the fairings and nose cone but I am going to just give it a test run tomorrow to make sure I have got the timing right and hope it don't have to come apart again :D

I have every bit of faith in you as you have had most you advice from the this very fine forum  I'm sure it will be fine, but you right. Start her up, bring her up to temp and give everything a once over. I take it she's got oil and coolant in her. I couldn't quite see inside the oil level window, I did try.
