Although I doubt very much that this will become a Government policy any time soon.

They will need to arrange a meeting, at a time to be decided, at which meeting a discussion will need to be had about when a meeting can be arranged to discuss a suitable time, to be decided, for a meeting to be arranged. Once arranged, the agenda can include time to discuss said discussion, to decide the agenda for that meeting.
Once the agenda has been decided, a meeting can be arranged to decide on a time to have the discussion, for which the agenda has already been decided
That meeting, currently not arranged, for which an agenda has been decided, should include time to discuss a follow up meeting, which will need arranging, which will allow those present at the first meeting, which has not been arranged yet, to discuss setting an agenda for a follow up meeting to look at what was discussed at the first meeting
This will ensure that the meeting gets to the heart of the matter.
That's if anyone can remember what the feck the meeting was about in the first place
Of course, if that's the case a meeting will need to be arranged to discuss what was discussed at the first discussion
Only at that time can a decision be decided upon

You do, of course, realise that the meeting that has yet to be arrange is to decide who will be on the committee that will look into deciding when a decision to have a meeting should be decided upon

They have a valid point. When I road into Paris on mine the roads were jammed with cars, it was more like a car park. All the bikes filtered through at up to 60mph :O and it saved them loads of time. If more people road bikes we would all be early to get to work
