Hi from Sunny Scotland
Hi from Sunny Scotland
Hello everyone....
After years of riding 4 pots I've decided to enter the world of twins. Bought a 98 model in YELLOWWW the other day......tidy looking bike...well serviced ...and the tensioners have been replaced with adjustables...hurrah!
I'm only just in Scotland...Gretna Green.....like to do my own servicing etc so no doubt will be on here picking your collective brains....
Tally Ho!
Pete.

Re: Hi from Sunny Scotland
welcome to the club and a great colour too.
you live pretty close to where I grew up [Dumfries & Galoway........... a 1 horse village called Corsock], so I know you have great roads to the west and also to the east.
you just missed our annual SW Scotland gathering, but if you look in the runs section you will see where we go and will be same week next year if you want to join the fun

Re: Hi from Sunny Scotland
And greetings from another newbie working on his post count. I finally had my 1st trip to Scotland (by car) in May and was blown away by the Highlands and Islands. Stayed on Mull and bagged my first Monroe, Ben Moore. Wish those open roads weren't quite so far away!

I too recently got back from up there after a weekend away. Beautiful country.
I think this may have been parked up in Gretna services or was it the next one.
Welcome
