Ill never be a sell out storm forever
Re: carbon why
Cos aerogel is light but not very strong. Diamand is stong but expensive. In the near future there'll be transparent alumina three that is times stronger than steel and transparent. So you won't need a fuel gauge which will save weight, along with overall weight saved by not having paint.

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Re: carbon why
Why not carbon
it is very light in weight, and very strong.
I also agree with Lloydie on the exhausts, they spoil the look of a lovely looking bike IMO,
Chris.

I agree on the exhaust too, they juts don't suit the bike. Apart from that I really like it. It's been on the bay before IIRC a few weeks back. Why so cheap considering the price of SP's these days.
Carbon because it is light and it;s bling, a pose, whatever..... You have to watch them Carbon tanks though as the petrol can eat through them.

The cost would stop plenty from going down this route,
Chris.

Re: carbon why
the carbon endurance tank costs £1000 on it's own, throw another 2k for carbon wheels, I think full carbon bodywork with the classic sp1 red and black paint scheme, but instead of black, it should be clear coat over the natural carbon weave, that would look stunning, you can also get very tasty c/f frame protectors for the sp.
HEY YOU GUYS!!!!!!
