I whacked the volume right up and almost jumped when they started it up :lol: Fantastic, reminded me of guy fawkes.

An engineering work of art :thumbup: . What a buzz it must have been to swing that starting handle after all those years and it kick into life 8O . Thanks for posting Chris :thumbup:

Fantastic, trying to start my old Landy with the handle is scary enough and thats under a tenth the size!

don't quite get the cranking though ? he appears to stop cranking , then it fires up?

That's to do with the long stroke I imagine.

Cheers guy's, I thought it was worth sharing.

I have started a fair few different engines over the years using a starting handle (including a Landrover as Furrybiker has), even so I would not want to try starting this one :eek2 :eek2
