Tea or Coffee??

Post by Watty »

Just sat down with a brew and got to wondering are you tea or coffee people or any other hot beverage? I'm a morning coffee person myself and then generally prefer tea during the day :D .

Coffee in the morning for me, got to be black.

started drinking tea black recently. I used to have milk and one sugar. The black tea is actually more refreshing.

Many years ago I used to only drink Tea with 3 sugars, with the exception of a morning cup of Coffee. I then weaned myself off the sugar (in Tea and Coffee) and now like my Tea like kev's. Strong no sugar, but with milk, a proper cup of builders and used to drink a fair bit of it throughout the day.

These days I am mainly a Coffee drinker, since working with computers and being up all night I think. Oh' and my days from when I worked in a music studio and had fresh Coffee on tap. CBA with fresh Coffee, machines and all that now, and settle for something like Nescafe espresso powder or my latest is Nescafe Azera intenso. three or 4 scoops of Coffee depending on mug size, no sugar. Coffee the colour of hot chocolate. That's with milk also. I go through roughly a 100gms every 3 to 4 days. The introduction of Coffee shops in this country didn't help with my Caffeine addiction as I used to use them a lot when I was a motorcycle courier. ! triple grande latte please.

I do appreciate a nice cup of Tea on a hot summers day. I find it the most refreshing and first quenching but am still mainly a Coffee drinker. I also like the odd cup of hot Chocolate or Cocoa but have 2 or 3 sugars in that. Sorts my sweet tooth out.

I'm trying to wean myself off the Caffene but it's not easy and I don't see the point in decafe, might as well drink water.

Coffee first thing then tea both with milk and no sugar. However having tried gold blend barrista, the tea might be less frequent.

Carl, Nescafe Azera is the greatest thing. I'm glad I've found someone else who knows about it

We have a proper coffee machine at work, but at home I tend to just drink that stuff. It's just as good/better!
