ABS !!
CBS = combined braking system .

Yes I've binned it for more than just wanting to separate the brakes .
There was a fault with it that I couldn't repair without spending big money so delinking was the simplistic option .

So by delinking you've now got 2 piston front calipers as the middle piston is blanked off, can't see a problem with that they'll still work well... But on the rear you have 2 lines so all 3 pistons are working when originally only the outer 2 worked off the rear master cylinder, why no just blank the middle piston with no brake line and run one line, your master cylinder will work as intended then.

Because the rear master powered all 3 large Pistons, 1 at the rear and 2 at the front

Now its only powering the 2 small and 1 large all at the reAr
It's pumping to much fluid hence no lever travel .
The storm one will fit with a little mod to the hanger , as its smaller i should get lever travel and some feel in the pedal .

Oops yeah CBS, my mistake, a big difference between the two.

I've not really had much to do with bikes with a CBS hence the question, although I have never really fancied the idea, may be it's intended more for touring two up loaded up with luggage. I have heard of some doing what you've done, but not for the same reason as you Once you get the rear brake sorted I'm sure the new set-up will be fine,

Got a little nippy this morning on the ride to work .
With the temperature due to drop over night I thought it best to get some heated grips
.
Only took 30mins to fit , they get hot fast ,let's hope they last a few years as I was crying parting with £80 for them :-(

No not yet .
Want to test there position first ,especially the throttle side ,
When I'm happy then I'll glue them on .
Tbh the bird is light when it's on the move and the tyres have 42/42 psi in them :-)

While browsing the net I found this black bird and I must say I like it a lot .
I now have the itch to mod the crap out of it once piggy is finished .

My new plan is
Rsv usd forks with a 5 spoke brembo wheel and brembo brakes.
Cb1300 5 spoke rear wheel
Blade brace welded onto the swing arm
Cb1300 rear caliper .
1998 blade rear seat unit .
Rsv ohlins rear shock .
Rear sets .
