bogging early

just got her back together and had first run just a small niggle got a flat spot right at start of throttle. will rev up fine at stand still but when out under load if you go for a handful she bogs down splutters slightly thinks about it then goes off like a scolded cat!!! set carbs up to settings everyone gives on here as in fuel screws and TPS sure its something simple any ideas please?

Keep playing with your fuel mixture screws. Sounds like you may be a little rich. You could try pulling the choke out a tad (very slightly) to see if it improves or not. The choke is technically an enricher so if it gets worse then your running a little rich so turn the fuel screws in a 1/4 -1/2 turn in and try again. :thumbup:

Like Carl mentions, use the choke/enricher to find out what direction the problem is :thumbup:

Also, what's your current carb/filter setup :thumbup:

cheers guys had a feeling it would be the mixture screws will have a fiddle at weekend carl.

carb/filter are all as standard

Over here in the states i think all firestorms are red lol. Looks really good in black and orange!
