Got my 'Storm dyno'd over the weekend. I fitted a K+N filter when I got it because it has always been an improvement on previous bikes (fuel economy, driveability etc). Imagine my suprise when the dyno showed a massive hole low down, and a drop in power

. Cleaned out and refit my standard filter, another dyno and hey presto, hole is filled in a bit, with a 3BHP hike at the top end, now putting out a healthy 99bhp at the back wheel

(I should say that there was a special offer of dyno's for a fiver!)
What they (Jordan's at Leeds) said was that its an 'all or nothing' affair - if you're fitting race cans, best to go the whole hog and fit K+N and rejet, in spite of what the can manufacturer says. If not, leave well alone!
I'll put the dyno up inthe gallery if anyone is interested
Ohlins shock, Goodridge lines, 6-pot calipers, carbon fibre hugger.....and all at someone else's expense!!
