Essexbloke, yeah Brands Hatch there is a cafe called Oakdene about 5 minutes away get quite a few bikes there this time of year meeting up for ride outs. I don't think there is anything going on at Brands itself. I don't care when or where i would just like to meet a few of the storm riders.

Hi all,
Are we going for the cafe near Brands this Sunday? I might not be able to go because i have got the storm in for CCT's on Saturday and need to fit complete new plastics when it comes out so depending on what time i get it back depends if i can do Sunday. I don't really want to rush it so how about meeting on the 19th(fathers day)? If it needs to be this Sunday then so be it and i will work through the night to be there. Let me know guys!

been following this string -- as a newbie would like to meet up with some more experienced Stormers, but being 'committed' family man I struggle to give deffo 'yes' or 'no'...

If one of the old timers wants to issue a time to meet at Oakdene I'll try all I can to be there.

Egg -- you were kinda the driving force behind meeting up this weekend 12th; so if it's gonna be a struggle maybe best deferred till 19th.

Whatever date you decide an early start would make it easier to sell to the rest of the family, so I can still get home for some 'quality time'...

Cant do the 12 will be at work, the 19th will be in the lakes on stormgathering, the hydrohotel sat night, might just ride down on the sunday though that will make it a 1000 mile weekend.
Dont know way round your area so can you give easy directions from main motorway from lakes to your area, wouln't make it until late afternoon though..........from you might nip over to plymouth and then back up to hull cos at work on the monday...........can't promise but if dont get pissed on sat night might come for the hell of it.
PM me a couple of mobile numbers just in case.
with enough notic e I can requst time off, bu about 4 weeks in advance.
it may be clever, but its not big.
